- ALL RIGHTS IN AND TO THE CONTENT AVAILABLE ON THE SITE IS RESERVED TO POINTER TELOCATIONS LTD. THE COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS MAY VARY. THE CONTENT AVAILABLE ON OUR SITE DOES NOT CONSTITUTE AN OFFER TO SELL OR A SOLICITATION OF AN OFFER TO BUY ANY SECURITY IN ANY JURISDICTION.

- You understand that in order to access or otherwise certain or all features of the Website you will be required to set up a user account (the “Account”). 5. Governing Law; Class Action Waiver
